My story
Where it all started
Diane Barrett, founder of Nana's Hands, originally from the Bay Area, moved to New Mexico in 1973 making Grant County her home.
Pursuing a life - long passion for cooking, gardening and nature, she was exposed to Herbology, learning more and more about nature and how to incorporate it into her daily life.
Diane is an Award -Winning baker and has been the proprietor of Diane's Restaurant and Diane's Bakery in downtown Silver City, NM. The Restaurant was closed during COVID, but the Bakery remains a vibrant eating establishment in downtown Silver City to this day.
"It was years ago that I developed a soothing salve for my own arthritis pain.
It worked so well I decided to share it with others. To my surprise, people responded by saying they were using it for the relief of many things; scar tissue pain, T.M.J., carpal tunnel, stress and neuropathy, just to name a few. "
